After 11 years of selling real estate, Chris Kutzkey opened her own real estate company in 1988 and was invited to franchise with Coldwell Banker in 1995.  Now operating in three locations with 1 commercial and 3 residential franchises, Coldwell Banker Chris Kutzkey, Realtors covers the entire county and consistently earns the Coldwell Banker Premier Office award. 

Chris has wide spread networking through California Association of Realtors; where she has chaired and vice chaired several state committees, is a past member of the executive committee and is currently serving on the Strategic Planning and Finance Committee and is a member of the Legislative Committee, and is a State Director.  She is also a 2 time past president of the Siskiyou Association of Realtors.  Chris is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute, earning the GRI designation and has recently obtained her CRB designation, Certified Residential Broker.  Because of her extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry, Chris has been retained by local attorneys as an expert witness to appear on their behalf.  Chris has a great track record and works hard for all her clients.
